2. TASK 01
2.1 Working Progression
Week 01 - Ideation / Research Topic
During the first week, our group was instructed by our lecturer to brainstorm
with our topic which related to SDGs Goals. Then, our group wrote down our own
idea in Google Docs and compile them all into Miro. Everyone had their own
perspectives, and my first idea for this project was to create a
medical-related application.

During our team discussion, we proposed three topics and needed to choose the
most suitable one for our final. We also had consulted Mr Razif and presented
the content of each topic to him. After evaluation, Mr Razif recommended that
we proceed with the Pet Adoption topic.
Week 02 - Presentation Slides / Design Interview Questions and Online Survey Questions
In this week, our group start to conduct the presentation slides, before start
to do that, we have allocated our task among our group. For me, I'll be
conducting the "Problem Statement and Solutions" part.

After that, our group start to conduct the online survey and interview
questions. Our group member, Chelsea has designed the questionnaire and I
input those questions into the Google Form.

Based on the feedback given by Mr Razif, we have make a refine version for the
Google Form questions.

Week 03 - Interview and Online Survey Questions' Feedback Analysis / Finalised Presentation Slide
On this week, our group added some missing information such as "Target
Audience", "SDGs Theme", "How Might We Statement" into the presentation slide.
After we shown to Mr Razif, he said that we need to correct our "How Might We
Statement", and overall the slides are ok. Then, we need to collect responses
and also analyse the data.
Also, our group has conducted interview to collect data.

After we have finnished the interview and gathered the response using Google
Form, we then start to analyse all the data and create an Affinity Diagram of
data analysis.

2.2 Final Submission
After finnish the presentation slide, we them prepare to submit on Microsoft
Teams which our lecture has instructed us.
For submission we need to submit:

3. TASK 02
After finnish Task 01, our lecturer then insturcted us with Task 02.
3.1 Working Progression
This task should be submited on Week 06 (11/03/2025) before 11:59pm.
Submission for Task 02:
- Presentation slide - PDF (summarizes group work, including Figjam board or Miro up to Task 02)
- Presentation slide - Canva Link
- Only group leader need to submit on behalf of group
Before we start the task, our group have created a project development plan to
allocate task.

Our group then complete the assignment as assigned. We first upadate all the
information into our group Miro board.

After we finnished everthing that need to be submitted, we then put all the
information needed into Canva.
3.2 Final Submission

4. TASK 03
After finnish Task 02, our lecturer then insturcted us with Task 03, which
is the final task. Before we submit the presentation slide, we need to
prepare a physical presentation during Week 07, the submission for the task
will be on 25 March 2025.

- All in PDF format
- Only group leader need to submit

6. REFLECTION
Developing the Pet Adoption and Care app has been an insightful experience, blending research, user analysis,
and iterative design. A key challenge was balancing functionality with
engagement, ensuring features like pet care guides and adoption tracking
remained user-friendly. Designing a warm, pet-themed logo reinforced the
app’s mission of connecting animals with loving homes. Market research and
user testing provided valuable insights, leading to improvements in
personalized pet matching and in-app veterinary advice. This project
deepened my understanding of user-centered design and real-world
problem-solving through innovation. Moving forward, I aim to enhance
personalization and optimize recommendations for adopters.
